RASIC

A RASIC matrix is a management tool to establish roles and responsibilities on a project or other activity. RASIC defines who is:

R – Responsible: solely and directly accountable for creating a work product

A – Approving: and needs to review and assure this work product’s quality

S – Supporting: any and all individuals or groups who help create this work product

I – Informed: any and all who need updates during the creation of a work product or during the execution of a business process

C – Consulted: any and all who help define product design or quality review criteria
